I offer private classes. You may want to focus on something specific; it be asana, pranayama or meditation and I would love to provide the support and guidance for you to deepen your personal practice.
One-on-one yoga classes were the way yoga was intended to be passed on from teacher to student in the ancient times. The private sessions are tailored to your needs and wishes and together we can explore what works for you; based on your health and lifestyle.
