Group Classes

My classes are a safe space for you to exploire both physically and mentally through the practice of intention, asana, pranayama and meditation.

I wish to offer you an empowering class where you will both.

Private Classes

If you haven't been able to join a collective

class or wish to slowly get into yoga on your own, I offer private classes. You may want to focus on something specific; it be asana, pranayama or meditation and I would love to provide the support and guidance for you to deepen your personal practice.

Workshops

I like to take yoga outside the walls of a class in a studio and make it a part of a larger experience!
